GTO Distributor: Reporting Tools
GTO comes complete with several useful reports giving valuable insight into your cylinder fleet. Reports can be broken down into Enterprise and Branch level reports:
Enterprise:
- Distributor Expected Stock: displays a list of all cylinders in transit from A-Gas or being transferred from branch to branch.
- Distributor Non Receipted A-Gas Returns: displays cylinders that have been returned to A-Gas, however are awaiting receipt at A-Gas (only A-Gas cylinders).
- Distributor Stock Dashboard: gives users a view of their stock location split, product usage and monthly purchase trends.
- Distributor Stock Sales: shows all cylinder sales history including which employee sold each cylinder.
- Distributor Stock Charges: shows cylinder stock charges across all branches.
Branch:
- Distributor Non Receipted A-Gas Returns: displays cylinders that have been returned to A-Gas, however are awaiting receipt at A-Gas (only A-Gas cylinders).
- Distributor Stock Sales: shows cylinder sales history, including which employee sold each cylinder.
- Distributor Stock Charges: shows customer cylinder stock charges including the total charge for each cylinder.
- Distributor Expected Stock: displays a list of all cylinders in transit from A-Gas or being transferred from another branch.
